The Arts Center/Old Forge seeks artists or groups interested in exhibiting their work.
We welcome submissions in all mediums including installation and outdoor works, but do not currently have the capacity to display video.
Interested artists should send the following materials to the Gallery Committee at the Arts Center/Old Forge:
• A letter of proposal for your exhibit.
• 8-10 high quality images that best represent the art work that you plan to exhibit. We will accept these images in .jpegs or tiffs on a disk, photographs, or a link to your web page.
• An artist statement.
• A current resume with contact information.
• If submitting by mail, a self-addressed stamped envelope is necessary for the return of your materials.
After these materials are received, they will be presented to the Gallery Committee for review. Selected artists will be notified by phone if their work has been selected for an exhibition. The Arts Guild will retain your slides/photos until the conclusion of your exhibit.
If your work is not selected, your materials will be mailed back to you in your envelope or disposed of.
Artwork on display at the Arts Center is insured during exhibition dates.
